It is a kind of chemical that is used for medicinal purposes (is used to treated problems like Angina) as well as has explosive properties as well. Most of the time, it is used for medical use.
This is the type of medicine that is kept under the tongue when someone is experiencing an attack. Keeping it under the tongue is required hence swallowing it won’t serve the purpose. The person suffering from fluctuating blood pressure is advised to keep it with them for most of the time just in case if the situation goes out of hand. The reason it is asked to keep under the tongue is that when the person notices the early signs of Angina attack, placing the tablet under the tongue would allow the blood flow to gain its regular stream flow by making it a little less thick so that it won’t get stuck in the veins.
There is no limit to be consumed within 24 hours of the period, but cautionary it is advised to take not more than three tablets within the frame of five minutes. If there is no improvement within 15 minutes, then the physician should be notified immediately.
