JK Tire and Industries represents Juggilal Kamlapat Ji Tires and Industries Ltd. It is an Automobile Tire, Tubes, and Flaps producing organization. The name JK is taken from the initials of Kamlapati (1884-1937) and his dad Juggilal (1857-1922). It is the main organization in Truck/Bus Radial tire in India and offers the whole scope of 4 wheeler radials for Trucks, Buses, and Cars. JK Tires and Industries has a place with the J.K. Association (a gathering of organizations). It is settled in New Delhi with an enrolled office at Kankroli in Rajasthan. It has fabricating plants at various areas in India as recorded beneath:

Brief History

JK Tire was incepted as a private restricted organization on 14 February 1951 in West Bengal.

Until 31 March 1970, the organization was occupied with official business.

In February 1972, it acquired a letter of expectation to start the assembling of vehicle tires and cylinders.

Throughout the long term, it broadened its business portfolio and turned into a multi-item and multi-area corporate element. It began creating and selling tires and cylinders under the brand name 'JK Tire'.

In 1997, it obtained Vikrant Tires, Mysore.

In 2007, its name was changed from JK Industries Ltd to JK Tire and Industries Ltd.

In 2008, it gained Mexican tire major, Tornel.
