HUDCO stands for "Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited"

HUDCO represents Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited. It a completely possessed government organization that gives advances to lodging and metropolitan foundation projects in India. Its vision is to turn into a main techno-monetary organization to advance maintainable living space improvement for changing the lives of individuals. It is settled in New Delhi. Dr. M. Ravi Kanth IAS (KL: 86) is the current (as of July 2017) Chairman and Managing Director of HUDCO.

Fundamental Objectives

Brief History

It was fused as a private restricted organization "The Housing and Urban Development Finance Corporation Private Limited" on 25 April 1970.

During the 1970s, its name was changed to its current name and another testament of joining was given by the then Registrar of Companies, Delhi and Haryana.

On 9 December 1996, it was informed as a public monetary organization under Section 4A of the Companies Act, 1956 by the Department of Company Affairs, Ministry of Finance, GoI.

On 31 July 2001, NHB gave a testament of enlistment to HUDCO allowing it to carry on the matter of a lodging money organization.
