Intelligent Irrigation System
In order to save water for sprinkler irrigation and realia intelligent control, the irrigation system must have the following functions:
Data acquisition function:
it can receive the analogue quantity collected by the soil moisture sensor. The analogue signal is processed by converting the analogue signal into digital signal .
Control function:
with timing control, cycle control function, the user can flexibly choose the control mode according to the need.
Automatic control function:
the programmable controller compares the humidity signal detected by the sensor with the ore-set standard humidity range value through the procedure, if the detected humidity value exceeds the set humidity value, then it will automatically adjust the motor speed and carry out the irrigation operation.
Timing control function:
the system can set the opening and closing time for the solenoid valve, when the humidity value of irrigation reaches the set humidity value, the motor will stop irrigation automatically.
Cycle control function:
the user programmers the control programme in the programmable controller, sets the start time, end time, irrigation time and stop time respectively, and the system automatically cycles the irrigation according to the set time.
Variable speed function:
the current measured soil humidity value and the ore-set lawn growth of humidity value of 50%-60% RH comparison, divided into greater than, equal to, less than three kinds of results, you can divide the humidity into high humidity, humidity, low humidity three kinds of state.
On the control panel is shown as high humidity, medium humidity, low humidity three indicator lights.
The frequency converter automatically adjusts the rotational speed of the motor according to the three states of soil humidity, and the motor is equipped with three kinds of rotational speeds:
high speed, medium speed and low speed, which correspond to the three indicator lights of high speed, medium speed and low speed respectively.
Automatic rotation and stopping function:
the control system starts sprinkler irrigation automatically according to the dryness and humidity of the soil, and controls the motor to rotate at the required speed; the sprinkler head sprinkles for 5 minutes, stops for 2 minutes, and stops automatically after spraying for another 5 minutes.
Motor overload protection function:
when the motor is overloaded, the motor stops rotating immediately, the irrigation process is suspended, and the fault indicator light flashes to alarm, and the operation resumes automatically after the overload is eliminated.
Automatic stop on cloudy and rainy days:
using the humidity sensor's switching quantity as a programmable controller's input signal to achieve the function of controlling the relevant procedures.
Power saving function:
the timer controller is normally timed during power failure, so it is adopted as the power control of the programmable controller. Within the timed irrigation control time, the power supply of the programmable controller is switched on by the timer, and the programmable controller switches on the power supply of each control device in sequence according to the ore-programmed procedure, and adjusts the execution of the procedure at any time according to the change of the input signal.
In the non-system working time, the timer automatically disconnect the power supply of the programmable controller, which not only reduces the power consumption of the system and extends the service life of the equipment.
Emergency stop function:
When there is an emergency accident, press the emergency stop button, the motor immediately stops running, the valve closes, and the sprinkler head stops irrigating.
Fault automatic detection function:
When the intelligent irrigation system has a fault, such as water pipe rupture, sensor failure, motor failure, inverter failure, solenoid valve failure, etc., the water pump immediately stops running, the solenoid valve is closed, the fault alarm light flashes and accompanied by a siren sound.
The operator can press the "mute" button to release the bell, but the fault indicator light is still flashing, until the fault is eliminated, the fault indicator light automatically stop flashing.
