SEBI represents the Securities and Exchange Board of India.

It was set up on 12 April 1992 to manage the protection market of India. 

SEBI Base camp:

SEBI is settled in Mumbai. It has four local workplaces New Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata, and Ahmedabad. SEBI has opened neighborhood workplaces at Jaipur and Bangalore and wanting to open workplaces at Guwahati, Bhubaneshwar, Patna, Kochi, and Chandigarh. 

SEBI History:

SEBI was set up by the Government of India on 12 April 1988. It had been given sculpture powers in 1992 with SEBI Act 1992 passed by the Indian Government.
