New Outlook On The Web Is Ready To Roll Out

Recently, tech giant Microsoft announced that the new Outlook on the web is now ready to roll out to all Office 365 customers. Microsoft had made the new web app available as an opt-in experience last year to get feedback and suggestions for improving the product.

The company said that it has designed the new mail experience. People can personalize their experience, do things faster, and keep people important to you front and center with new and updated features.

The Categories feature makes it easy to tag, find and organize your messages. You can add multiple categories to a message, add a category as a favorite, or use Search to find it.

Dark Mode feature helps you personalize your inbox for those times when your eyes are a little tired. When needed you can turn on the lights back to read a specific email or to compose one.

Outlook on the web shares the same UI including the new dark mode as the new Outlook.com, but there are also some specific features for Office 365 customers, especially in the calendar section.

Outlook on the web makes it easier to create meetings with your coworkers. A new drop-down menu has been added to create online meetings with Skype or Teams. Event peek also enable you to join an online meeting with just one click.
