NCR Atleos appoints Rohan Pal as Chief Information Officer to lead technology strategy, digital transformation and innovation across its self-service financial platform.

NCR Atleos has named Rohan Pal as its new Chief Information Officer (CIO), reinforcing the company’s focus on technology leadership, digital transformation and innovation across its self-service financial solutions. This appointment underscores Atleos’ commitment to strengthening technology strategy and operational excellence as it expands service offerings for financial institutions, retailers and consumers.

Pal brings more than 25 years of experience in technology strategy, digital transformation, IT modernisation and cloud solutions. Prior to joining Atleos, he served as Chief Technology Officer at WillScot, where he reimagined the technical vision and applied artificial intelligence to boost efficiency and commercial performance. He also acted as Chief Transformation Officer at ServiceNow, advising on digital transformation initiatives and engaging with enterprise customers and boards.

In his new role, Pal will lead Atleos’ technology functions and drive initiatives that modernise infrastructure, scale secure platforms, and support next-generation digital products. His expertise in cybersecurity, cloud computing and product development is expected to help the company accelerate innovation and enhance service delivery for its diverse global client base.

Atleos’ CEO highlighted that selecting the right executive to lead this crucial area involved a thoughtful process, emphasising core values and strategic vision. Pal’s appointment signals a clear intention to invest in long-term technology leadership and to support the company’s growth objectives.
