The Raintree Park township is on Varthur Whitefield Road, across from Varthur Lake. A new area called Prestige Evergreen will be built there. It will be on about 28 acres and have 10 towers with about 2,000 homes each. The plans will be bright and open, and they will come in 1, 2, and 3 BHK sizes. Lots of people are interested in this high-end new building because it's in a great spot that makes it easy to get to work and do daily things in both Whitefield and Sarjapur.
