KTM is an Australian Motorcycle company. This company is owned by Pierer Mobility AG with the partnership of the Indian manufacturer Bajaj Auto. KTM has been able to establish a good name in the market and over a million products, it was able to manufacture so far with the increasing revenue value.
Tracing back the history, it started of as making bikes during the late 1990s but later on with the advancement of the gross value, it has expanded its production to manufacturing sports cars as well.
During the time of 2012, the company was able to leave its imprints to be the largest motorcycle manufacturer in Europe for almost four years in a row.
It started off as a repair shop in 1934, which lead to the sale of DKW motorcycles which soon led to the sale of Opel cars. During the time of World War second, his wife took the liberty to take care of the shop which was originally thriving on the account of diesel engine repairs. After the war ended, they decided to start their own company of motorcycle. The first motorcycle ever got manufacture was during the time of 1951. The idea of the name of KTM started off during the time of 1953-1991.
