What is Alexa?

Yellow light.

Green Light. 

The green light on your device flashes when your phone is receiving a call or has a missed call. Ask Alexa to pick the call. After finishing a call, ask Alexa to cut the call in order to end it.

Blue light. 

The blue light on your device indicates that Alexa is trying to execute your request. Whenever you speak with Alexa, the ring flashes blue. 

Orange light. 

The presence of orange light on your device indicates that it is experiencing difficulty linking to Wi-Fi. Switch your router off and on again in this situation to resolve the issue.

Red Light: 

A red light indicates that the device's mic has been switched off. They will not be able to listen to your voice when you tell the device to extract data. Switch on the mic button to solve this problem.
