For clearing the watch later list you have to open the youtube site on your windows or mac

Now the very first step is login to the web browser and opens youtube site in it and log in to your Google account if it is not there then please create at least one

On the account go to the sidebar and click on the WATCH LATER there is a list of all the list of the videos which can be open once you click on the sidebar and in each video go on the three dots present and there is an option give called REMOVE FROM WATCH LATER tap there and you are all set to remove the already watched videos and choose the videos carefully because it will remove all the videos which you are selecting doesn't matter you have seen or not so while selecting the videos for removing from the list tap once and at least try to recognize the thumbnail that is that video should be removed or not?
