How to Install the R programming language?

Steps to Install R on Windows:

• Browse http://ftp.heanet.ie/mirrors/cran.r-project.org/ to get the latest version of the R language.
• There will be a windows version of R, then download and install it.
• On the next page, there will be sub-directories from which select the base link.
• Now, the R version is visible. Click on the download button.

• Run the .exe file as administrator.
• Select Setup Language box appears. Select the language according to you.

• Choose the destination folder where you want to install. Click on next.
  
  

   

• Choose the components for installation. Click on the Next button.
  
  

   

• Choose "Yes" or "No" for the startup option.
  
  

   

• Select the folder where you want to SetUp the program's shortcut. Tap on Next.
  
  
  
  

   

• Mark the additional tasks and shortcuts. Click on the Next Button.
• Installation of R starts in Windows. In a few seconds, the installation process completes.

The user checks whether the R installs on the windows or not. To check the presence of R, the user can perform the following steps:

• Check the R icon on the desktop.
• Double - clicks on it to run.
