Then, in the top right corner of Gmail, hit your Google profile image. From the profile menu, select Manage Google Accounts. Select the Security tab from the tab list at the top of the Google Account screen.

Select Password in the Sign in with Google area. Select Password. Enter your existing password and then press the Next button. Tap the New Password area on the New Password screen and type in the freshly created password. Then, in the Confirm New Password field, enter the same password. Then select Change Password.
